Workshop Space

Hi,
I am looking for ad-hoc access to a small workshop equipped with bandsaw, planer thicknesser and table saw. I am based in Maidenhead in Berkshire so something within a half hour drive would be ideal. I'm experienced so would not need direction and have the greatest of respect for these tools.
I can offer IT services in return and make a mean cup of tea
If you cant help, any advice on how I might find something would be gratefully received. Also potentially interested in setting up a shared woodworking space.
