Chicken in coke???

This is one of them things that sounds crap but very tasty, try it, cook if for the mrs, and she will give you snoo snoo

p*ss easy
Chicken breast in a large sauce pan, pour on a can of diet coke, two desert spoons of bbq sauce, and if you want a few chopped onions and mushrooms.
bring to the boil and let simmer for30=40 mins, chicken should be cooked through and the coke should have reduced to a thick sauce, chuck on a plate with some rice.
Very low in fat, cause us guys have to watch our waist-lines.
