Small dinghy WIP

Hi guys.

I'm just on the brink of starting a new project. A small dinghy for which I have the plans. I'm building it more for the fun of building, though I will be using it on a local river once the weather warms up a little. It will be a joint project between myself and my mate. We've not done anything like this before so it should be fun. We'll be making a start on the building jig this weekend and taking lots of pics as we go.

Thanks guys. I'm looking forward to this one. I've had the plans for a while, just not had the space to get started. Then randomly my mate said last week that he fancied building a dinghy! So we're building it at his place.

Have you gotten started on this build yet. I have been surfing the net in search of ideas for building my own wooden boat. Would love to see one in stages as it is being built. I love the design of the dinghy you picked.
