Pipe Clamps

Postby jeffo72 » Sun May 10, 2015 5:54 pm

Can anyone tell me where to get pipe clamps in the UK without being ripped off?

I am looking for something like these...http://www.busybeetools.com/products/pi ... aftex.html

I need them to re-square several doors in my house. Bar clamps are no good because they tend to bow in the middle.

THanks

Welcome to the forum. Axminster sell them - not sure how good they are but might be worth a punt.

I use them all the time , no pins to loose!

once you get loger than 4ft the pipes might start to bend if you yank um to much

3/4" pipe clamps will bend too if you crank them too hard DAMHIKT !
Best thing about these clamps, is they are easily extendable , with a joiner you can if you had enough and clamp the planet, though I reckon that would cost a few quid with all the frieght and air fares
You name it, I'll butcher it.
