Combination machine. Saw/planer/spindle

Hello there.
I'm looking for a combination machine. Saw with sliding table, planer/thicknesser are the most important functions. I understand that combi machines usually have a spindle moulder and possibly a morticing attachment. If anyone has something they feel might fit the bill I'm very interested.

I've been watching a few startrite k260's on eBay. This machine or similar would be perfect.
