pattern enlarging

looking for some advice please, i have purchased some toy patterns but after making a couple i want to make larger versions was going to scale them up the old fashioned way but wondered if there is a simple software for my needs available. i have looked at some but are to complicated to use im not the best with pcs im afraid. thanks for any help
