Hello,
i live in an old stone house. I want to box in the electrical fuse boxes etc. which are now bare in our entrance hallway. Photo enclosed. It will need a door to permit access to fuse boxes. My main question is how do I transfer the irregular ceiling line to my cutting plans?
Also, will I need perforated board or metal in my door for ventilation. Like that in a radiator enclosure?
Thank you in advance,
angster

Re: Irregular ceiling.
Just use cardboard to make a template and no you don't need to vent it
Re: Irregular ceiling.
If this was me I'd get that historic mess updated first and then box it in.

Thats a old wire fuse arrangement thats been extended a number of times.get it brought up to date for safety and the final job will be much smaller (all in one box fuses +rcds) so it will be less work to box in and look nicer.
