Cup handles, help please.

Hi guys, I'm trying to draw some cup handles on drawers on sketch up, but I cannot do it. I drawer the curve of the drawer pulls in plan and profile, but I can't get the solid face of the pull itself to form. What I get is essentially a L bracket with two curves to it, but not the face (the bit you would put your fingers in to pull). Does this make sense? Any help welcomed. Cheers, Bighat
