planned-obsolescence!

This is a great site for all designy-type-stuff, but thought this was a fairly comedic observation on a design principle that is my go-to argument when people ask why they shouldn't just get all their furniture from IKEA. I've possibly posted it in the wrong forum, but believe design is the main subject matter...cos it certainly ain't woodwork!!!

P.S. ...not everything on the site is ridiculous- do check out some of the other furniture/staircases etc... some are brilliant!
