Missing Pictures

Recently I have been searching through the forum looking for info & I have noticed a lot of pictures not appearing within threads. Is there anything that can be done to prevent picture disappearing

If the pictures are uploaded to this server then they should always remain visible. If you can send me a few links to threads with missing pictures I can see if there is a common link between the location of the missing pictures and then I can see if there is anything I can do to restore them.

I didn't know about the upload thing. Can you use it to create inline images just like linking to Photobucket etc.?

Sometimes the hosting places where members have stored their photos offline but linked to in the forum ...these places go bust and so the photos go.
