repairing danish oil worktop

Hi all

I have an iroko worktop that was finished with Danish oil.

There are a couple of dull patches near the sink , caused by clothes detergent. Although it was wiped off pretty quickly and a coat of Danish oil was applied locally, it still remains dull.

I'd rather not have to resand the 4m worktop. Any suggestions.
