I have been using isf clear coat lacquer for a while now and find it an excellent product. However I am forever changing between base coat and top coat wiyth all the cleaning that changing over takes. To cut down the time I am looking to se if there is a base coat and top coat that is the same so, apart from cellulose sanding sealer, I can just keep spraying away and just top up the spraygun cup as it needs it. BTW I am spraying wooden coasters by the hundreds.

Re: lacquer spray finishes
Hadnt thought of that one but it still means the same amount of cleaning to do!
Re: lacquer spray finishes
try it ! you'll be surprised at how much time it saves .. then just clean up at the end of the day
Re: lacquer spray finishes
or actually .. get a "soak bucket" over night and a quick clean when you need them next

Would the 3M PPS system be sufficient.
