Multico Super Shop Multi Purpose Woodworker

I have been offered a Multico Super Shop Multi Purpose Woodworker wood turning lathe.
Are they any good? What might it be worth?
I have done a Google search but can find nothing out about it.

Is that the Shopsmith clone?

Personally if it`s more than £100- £200 & you want it as a dedicated lathe, I`d look at getting a second hand stand alone lathe possibly with variable speed.

Then again it depends what you want to do with it.

For a lathe / drill its pretty good providing the drive belt is in good order. I have mine for nearly 20 years and its okay still. But then I only use it for turning or drilling - gave the "table saw " up when I got a Harwie and a Startrite TA 175.
